OLIVO (aceituna)

¿Qué es?

El olivo (Olea europaea) es un árbol con frutos, hojas y semillas comestibles. La fruta y las hojas a veces se usan como medicina.

La hoja de olivo podría reducir la presión arterial. La fruta del olivo también podría matar microbios, como bacterias y hongos.
