Stovetop Bulgur

  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 2 cups water


  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine bulgur and water; bring to a boil. Cover the pan, reduce heat to simmer and cook until tender, about 12 minutes.
  3. Drain off excess liquid, fluff with a fork and serve as desired.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
